Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. Cooked beans are vaccinated with the bactericum Bacillus subtilis (natto) and for one day fermented at room temperature.

The Natto powder can be sprinkled on ready meals or mixed into cold and warm drinks and into fruit- or vegetable cocktails. Perfect to quark, yoghurt and ice or in all kind of sauces and dips. Natto is used in Japan as an own dish or as an ingredient.
