Wild Rye (Secale multicaule), plough less Demeter mixed cultivation
The corn is visible smaller, tastes sweet and earthy. Wild Rye is mainly used for coarse meal or wholemeal and as additive for rye bread and bakery products. Ideally as sprouts or seedlings for salads, or as flakes in mueslis.
